Day 44: You know transformation is happening when old values don't carry the same weight.

"The process is the foundation of success. Trust it, embrace it, and let it guide you towards greatness."— John Addison

You know, it's quite funny to me how in the beginning I wanted to record every single day and document every single day. You know the activities that I took. Now I'm not saying that it isn't worth it. I'm not saying that it isn't priority or or doesn't carry any weight. It's just more funny to me that now these days posting seems tedious.

As far as in context of what I do on a personal daily schedule, you know, and it's it's funny. I found it funny as I was thinking about it, and it's just like I I personally have never been a social media person, but in order for the brand to become anything, social media presence has to take place, and that means I had to become active. So I guess in a way this was my way of showing a social presence, right? It's just funny because as I mentioned, I look forward to doing the work. I look forward into the action of things rather than just saying, Hey, look, this is what I did today. And maybe that's just how things work, especially in this day of the digital age where social proof is reality.

What is more so accepted by society, and I'm not here to really prove anything to anybody, more so than I am here to prove to myself that this is capable. I am capable of reaching heights that are extreme, that are in comparison unreachable or unattainable. I have that much of confidence within myself. It is absolute, and so. Posting here, this is just due diligence at this point. Y

ou know what I mean? Day forty four, right? We're day forty four, and and it's been crazy. It's been fun. It's been it's just been everything, man. And and it's as the time goes by, it goes so quickly, and so sometimes posting really puts things in perspective as far as where I was when I made the commitment back on my birthday July thirtieth, and now, and it's just like I said, one of those revelations came today where it's just sitting here where it's like, dude, I don't even want to post right now. This gets in the way. You know? I have so many things that I need to finish.

There's so many things that I need to do here, and I still had to find time to post, and it was funny. It is funny, you know, just thinking about it, but it also becomes admirable because. that type of escape. Our escape is to stay here, be present, be within each moment, you know, and experience fully as much as we can. And so doing that just brings this whole other passion where it's like, it's a spark, it's re-sparking that once was extravagance.

You know, I used to always have this, social want of always wanting to be social. And I enjoyed it. I still enjoy it now. It's just, I'm more tempered, you know what I mean? I'm not like tempered in the way where I'm angry, but tempered, you know, I've learned how to control that excitement. I've learned how to place it in the right, I learned how to use that in the quality of attention. to know certain things and it's just looking at it now it's like man things do change and it's it's funny most of it most of the change happens as you start realizing just what becomes most important when you really become focused and you know what needs to be done when you have a sense of direction.

Everything that you need to do to get there is it becomes no longer how it no longer becomes something that you had to worry about or plan about. It becomes autonomous where it's like, okay, start your day A, B, C all the way down to X, Y, Z. You know what I mean? And then once you get that kind of flow, once you. . . . you're in that phase once you once you break down the process and once you find a process that works for you because keep in mind all processes aren't the same everyone processes different everybody, likes different processing but whatever works for you... once you get it going you know it's literally go, it's literally go time.

I'm saying there's nothing else more to do than just to start the process and once it goes if it works then you know that's good but there's gonna be times where it doesn't work and that's alright too. You just have to sit back and refine that processes. Figure out what works and how it's going to work and sometimes it'll take a few times to refine things. Talking about this it made me realize it or made me want to bring up the fact that that's exactly what I do a lot moreof.

You become your own life engineer and so that's the beauty of of these I guess that's the beauty of commitment to yourself is. You start seeing yourself in a different light and you start just giving yourself that kind of nurturing that only you can give yourself. Whether that be talking to yourself differently like you know I still talk shit to myself it's not like I'm always caring or something like that there's time where the requirement is just being you. There's times where you got to call yourself out about certain behaviors. Even your own impeding thoughts sometimes you have to acknowledge like "yo that was really kind of dumb that was a dumb thought" and it's true.

One more thing for sure is that the way you treat yourself is going to be the way everyone else treats you. You set the standard of the treatment that you're going to get. If you treat yourself with love, respect, authenticity, you're going to get that from everyone else. Literally, how you treat yourself is the signal, and I never really thought it was like that, but it becomes clear once you go through certain things, especially in relationships, you start realizing like, man, you know, I can't even be mad at such and such. If you got treated unfairly, poorly, you were cheated on, all of that, in a way, right? Right. For the most part, it was you who set that tone for it to even happen. And that's something I don't think is talked about much and it should be talked about more so out in public is you really are the tone setter of your relationship. Whoever it is, the relationship you have with yourself is going to be the type of relationship you're going to get from everyone else, one way or the other. start out good, but eventually the time will pass and things will fade away and things will get back to its status quo.

So this is just to show y'all commitment to yourself is the best thing you can do for yourself. If you've been in relationships that just ain't working or have been always toxic or just not fulfilling, you need to stop blaming your partner. It's not to say that those people shouldn't be held accountable for their actions, whatever it may be. Don't worry about that, because karma, all that, that's going to take care of itself. And you may either be aware of it or not. But just know that they're going to get theirs, and that's all that you should worry about. You shouldn't even worry about it. You should just know that they're going to get theirs. It is what it is. You don't need to be focusing on that because it has nothing to do with you at that point. Just give all that focus to yourself. You know what I'm saying? And just enjoy it. Because this process is beautiful and I'm loving every day of it.

I was doing a stream earlier and I was telling them how sometimes I just love being alone. I love this isolation where it's just like I don't have shit to worry about no more. You know? I don't have to worry about this. external factors I literally am only my only concern. Well most of my concern is to myself and what my daughter's doing. Really that's all that really has weight for me and so if people don't hit me up they don't hit me, up all good, no love lost. If I feel like hanging out with people I'm gonna call those people I'm gonna hang out with them.

As I said, just remember the way you treat yourself is the standard, so treat yourself in the best way possible. If you haven't been, you can start now. You can always start now. It doesn't matter how far away, how far in life you are, it doesn't matter how young you are. You just start. That's all it takes, is you to just start. The first step is always the hardest, but once you take... that first one, you realize you can take another step, and another step, and then the next one. Before you know it, you're already traveling down a road that you once didn't even know that was there.

Be love, be light. Remember, the universe is always working in your favor.
