Big 30
I must be having a fun time because that went by real fast!
Day 30:
It has been a big day. I can't even believe that it's been 30 days already. It seemed like just yesterday that I had prepared myself mentally for this commitment to myself, and we're here. I'm quite proud of what I've achieved. This August was actually just a good benchmark for me. I effectively used my days, and looking back at what I've accomplished and what has already been done, we could do so much more in the next 30 days.
The potential is that we're really just living up to my name, and we're doing it full throttle. Gas, gas, all the way up, the pedal to the metal, no time to pump the brakes.
We have this website right now, created and running. We have a few posts on it, and we're soft-launching it by throwing it out and campaigning it a little bit on social media platforms. Maybe we should really go public around October 2nd or 4th, between the 2nd and 4th.
I had an app developed, but I was going to sell it out real fast because I wanted to get it on the market and see the logistics of how it works and the process as well. I didn't know you had to pay a developer's fee, and that kind of surprised me. That's exactly why I chose to do that: to figure it out. I knew there are always things that should be taken into account before you really run with it.
My thought was, "All right, I may as well just build a little application here and run it through." Who knows, we might get some sales, but we haven't created it yet, and we haven't published it. Right now, we're still developing it, and we could launch that here within the month for sure.
We have plenty to do, and we have accomplished plenty. A lot has been done, and this was all about making the commitment to myself, which is more amazing because I should have done this a long time ago. I'm in my 30s now, so this should have been done maybe 10 years ago. I'm not the type to dwell on it. Those 10 years that I've ever failed and would have been replaced might be really vital for me, and I'm never regretful of what I've done in my life.
I know it's a lesson, and it has cultivated me into who I am right now. This is why I'm able to make such commitments to myself, and this is why I'm able to be disciplined now: not longing for something, not grasping at straws, and not feeling like I need to go find somebody to attach to. I'm really just here with me, intimate with me, and I'm doing the best that I can so I can be the best father I can be, the best son and brother. Eventually, if I'm able to be the best that I can be in those roles, the next thing up is obviously going to be a partner, but that's neither here nor there right now. As I said, we're just focused on improving every day and living up to my name.
Also, what needs to be mentioned is this voice-to-text speech. I know it will be essential to my development. I always realize that my refinement in communication, expressing, and being expressive gets lost a little bit when I go through rocky situations. You lose momentum sometimes, and you don't realize how much you have lost until you refine yourself and say, "Damn, I'm a little back from where I used to be."
Making a commitment to yourself, you're going to hop right back into it, and you're going to get it going. Once you see that it's really not as bad as you think it is, you're going to start rolling. That's where we're at: we're rolling now, and we're going to continue to go.
We wake up every day early in the morning, and now it's all about maintaining and sustaining this cycle. You know the pattern and the habits. We still may have a few bad ones, but we're making sure they get replaced, and that's what matters.
Never hurt yourself by over-critiquing yourself. We're doing it, and there's just so much that can be taken out of this. I hope, as this continues to build, it's going to be a masterpiece.
Just remember: it's never a finished product. There's always room to refine and restructure, no matter how many times it's going to be done. What matters is that it's done correctly, alright? No shortcuts, no moral victory: you're really doing it, you're seeing it, and you have got to speak it!
We're changing everything, the entire structure. It all starts from within:
- Your thoughts
- How you speak
- What you put inside your body: mind, body, and soul
You need all three. You can't have one out of balance and expect the other two to be balanced. It doesn't work like that. They all have to be aligned and working together.
And shout out to Wispr Flow. They're over here. They're the unofficial sponsors of CVLTIVAR. Let's get it. And yes, that last sentence right there that you're reading was actually created by voice-to-text. Let's get it.
We're trying everything out during this cycle. Wispr Flow has been a great addition to the tools to help me cultivate and express myself and communicate with the public. We're probably going to look for more tools that can help us.
I still do write, of course, absolutely. This is just a time to experiment, man. I don't have any fear for these next six months. There's no fear in me. This is all just whatever happens. At least I stay true to myself, stay rooted and grounded. That's what's most important.
We're going to experience as much as we can, fully and wholeheartedly, and we're going to fail more often than not. We are going to fail over and over again. Try to do it as minimal as we can, but if it happens, it happens! We're just going to take that ELLE, understand where we took that ELLE, dissect it, and, as I said, refine yourself every day if that's what it is.
Take an inventory at the end of the day:
- Did you make your day?
- How was it?
- Did you accomplish the things that you did?
- What did you choose to do?
- Did you stay true to your habits?
- Did you stay true to your cycle, your procedure, your process?
Refine yourself as much as you have to!
I hope you have taken advantage of committing to yourself and truly, truly, truly committing to yourself. That means you come first, and you are not doing things for other people. You are doing things because you want to do it for you. There is nothing to gain from it when you make some sort of gesture for somebody. You are not expecting anything. You are doing it because it fulfills you, so focus on you, validate yourself, and know that you are enough. You are enough.
